It requires detailed lift plans, coordination with Transport for London, local authority road closure agreements, traffic management teams, and precise timing to minimise disruption to one of London's busiest shopping streets.
Nexgen managed the full logistics operation — from initial site surveys and lift plan development through to on-the-day crane coordination. Large SWA cable drums, Schneider MCCB panel boards, lengths of ladder rack, and galvanised cable tray were all craned to the rooftop within controlled delivery windows. Nothing was left to chance.
