When a prestige property within the grounds of Calcot Park Golf Club required a full electrical upgrade, Nexgen was appointed to deliver a comprehensive rewire that matched the quality of the home. The scope combined premium LED lighting design, smart home integration, external feature and security lighting, CCTV installation, and a new compliant consumer unit — all completed to the highest standard of workmanship.

The Challenge
Delivering a comprehensive full rewire of a high-specification luxury property within the grounds of a prestigious golf club — with a client expecting the quality of finish to match the quality of their home, and zero tolerance for damage to premium interior finishes and landscaping.
Our Solution
Nexgen worked methodically, protecting all surfaces and finishes before starting each phase. Cable routes were planned to minimise disruption to completed rooms, and all chasing and make-good works were managed to the highest standard. A room-by-room programme allowed the client to use areas of the home throughout the project.
