Our commercial delivery model runs from pre-tender scoping through commissioning and handover — DB specification, first and second fix programming, M&E principal contractor coordination, NICEIC-approved operatives on site, and 18th Edition test certificates at practical completion. Every project is managed with a named supervisor and real-time programme reporting to the principal contractor.

Whether the commission is a single-floor Cat B fit-out or a multi-site retail roll-out, the handover standard is identical: a signed handover pack containing certification, test results, and as-installed records — nothing outstanding, nothing to chase.
